It is an undeniable fact that cybersecurity is no longer just a technical issue but also a big human one. The greatest challenge now is how to effectively manage the human risk in organizations, as humans are associated with over 80% of all breaches. To address these issues, most enterprises try to run security awareness programs although the greater part of these programs are primarily focused on compliance – nothing more than mandatory annual training. This leaves the workplace highly insecure and susceptible to dynamic social engineering attacks, and most of the workforce has a very negative perception of cybersecurity. The goal of this course is to provide effective strategies to organizations to manage and calculate human risks by altering people’s behaviors and creating a strong security culture.
