A Practical Introduction to Risk Management -This course will provide participants with an introduction to thinking practically about risk management and provide the skills necessary to perform risk assessments. Participants will learn the foundational concepts of risk and have access to takeaway tools and templates to conduct risk assessments on their own. The class will offer the opportunity for participants to learn foundational concepts of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) that can be incorporated in their organizations to enhance their cyber security programs.
